Swings!!!

Cal went on the swings for the 1st time today and he loved it!  What a big boy he is.  Look at him clicking his feet...he was so excited!  He loves being at the park and watching all the other kids playing.

Very belated update

Well it has been a very exciting few months for our little man.  He is getting so big and learning and changing every day.  He turns 7 months old today which is truly unbelievable!  He is eating all kinds of fruit and veggies.  He rolls in both directions and manages to move and scoot in any direction he wants.  And yesterday he sat up for the very 1st time!!!  We also enjoyed a beautiful Mother's Day together.  Daddy pampered me with all kinds of relaxing gifts and Calvin gave me the most incredible locket so I can keep him with me all the time.

When Calvin had his 6 month check up we learned that he is very tall and lanky....clearly this was obvious considering he does not have an baby rolls and is in 12 month pajamas : )  Most importantly he is very healthy and doing great!

This year is just whizzing by and we are enjoying every moment.  Watching our son grow is the most rewarding thing we have ever experienced.  We welcome EVERYONE to come visit and spend some time with us this summer.  Seattle is so gorgeous this time of year and Calvin would love some extra kisses and playtime with all his loved ones.

We had a wonderful Easter.  Grandma is here to visit for the whole week so Calvin has been getting lots of extra love.  We feel so incredibly blessed to have our own little Easter Bunny this year!!!

Here is the proud little man with the Easter Bunny.  The Bunny didn't have very much to say but Calvin sure was a good boy!  And he looked very cute in his "fancy" outfit from his Auntie Heidi.  Happy Easter everyone!  We miss you all!

Fun day with friends

The whole family had a great day over at the Wilson's.  We finally got to meet Johanna who was born just 1 month after Cal.  It was so fun to see the dad's with their kids.  They have all come such a long way together having known each other for 16 years!  Amazing.  Our kids are going to be buddies for a very long time!
